Eco tourism or nature tourism is a fast growing internationally popular venture in Sri Lanka. On a very high elevation above sea level in District of Matale on the hills of Riverston surrounded by the deep rain forest in a cold windy, misty serene environment covered with mist is “The Riverston Grand” an Eco tourism holiday resort which is owned by the group. This holiday resort is situated in a unique location which is defined as a world heritage area in the Knuckles Mountain Range. The resort is accessed for occupancy only through long standing well established tour operators to filter and screen the rightly selected guests. Our occupancy average for past 3 years was 96%.
